Bright and cheery Cove Cottage is a two-bedroom single story house. It is heated and air conditioned, and overlooks the channel with a fun outdoor patio and a private tiki bar! Cove Cottage sleeps 8, with two queen-sized beds in Bedroom 1; bunk beds (full-size on the bottom, and twin on top) in Bedroom 2; and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Cove Cottage features include cable TV (equipped with a VCR and a DVD player), a radio with a CD player, alarm clocks, and a stereo. All of our units are equipped with smoke alarms. The full size kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stovetop, a blender, a coffeemaker, dishes, pans, and utensils. You'll also enjoy your very own washer and dryer!

Items provided for Cove Cottage guests include: Sheets, bath and kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, board games, laundry soap, stain remover, dryer sheets, and life jackets.

Cove Cottage has a beautiful and spacious concret patio with a table and umbrella, a large grill and cooler, and featuring your very own private tiki bar! The driveway will accommodate parking for 3-4 cars.

PLEASE NOTE: Check-in time is 4:00pm (no Saturday check-ins). Check-out time is 10:30am. Pets are not permitted at Dockside Accommodations. Smoking is permitted outside only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

4-week notice prior to arrival date is required for a full refund (less a $25.00 processing fee). With a 2-week (or less) notice, the guest is responsible for the balance of the stay. If you cancel with 2 weeks or less notice, or if you depart early for any reason, you are obligated to the quoted rate. Your credit card will be billed accordingly.
